He did his M. Phil in Medical and Social psychology from(clinical psychology ) PGIBAMS, Raipur (RCI Recognized institute) and PG Diploma in Psychological Counselling from Dr Hari Singh Gour University (Sagar), M P. He has done certificate course in yoga education from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, Indore (M.P). He is presently pursuing his Ph.D. from Pune University. He is executive council member of West Zone of Indian association of Clinical Psychology (IACP Registration NO PLM-396/09/11).

Career Counselling and Guidance for adolescents and adults is another area where he regularly works with both children and parents and also trains young children on study skills.

He also undertakes psychological assessment of clients through various psycho diagnostic tools and techniques including the latest versions of all major Indian and international psychometric tools and tests.

He is an authorized Clinical Psychologist by the state government to certify the mental retardation level of individuals. His certification is valid to take the benefits that government gives to mentally challenged individuals through various schemes. For this purpose he is regularly invited to various districts in the state for medical camps.

He is also a successful life coach, taking lectures on 'Life Management' at various institutes and social organizations, workshops on 'Life Skills' at various colleges and companies and is also associated with NGOs for crisis management trainings. He is an expert in various meditation techniques. He is also a trainer in fields of counseling and patient management techniques to health workers, paramedical staff and nurses and training of teachers and special educators in skills needed to manage special children.

Besides classroom teaching, he is also known for mentoring trainees of various graduate and post graduate level programs through practical exposure to various clients.
